Glazer Gives Back
Small Projects. Big Impact. Right Here on Campus.
Looking for a quick, meaningful way to give back to your community?
Glazer Gives Back is a series of on-campus service events hosted by the Glazer Center for Leadership & Service that make volunteering easy, fun, and impactful. No transportation, no long-term commitment — just an hour (or less!) of your time to do good.
What to Expect
Each event features a hands-on project that supports local causes, right from campus. Come solo or bring a friend — we provide everything you need!
Past projects have included:
- Creating dog toys for the Helen Woodward Animal Center
- Painting inspirational artwork for PATH (People Assisting the Homeless)
- Making cards for Meals on Wheels recipients
- Coloring bookmarks for local libraries

Where & When
Glazer Gives Back events are held right on campus in high-traffic student areas. They're open to all SDSU students and require no registration — just show up and jump in!

Why It Matters
Glazer Gives Back is all about making service accessible — because small acts of kindness add up. By participating, you:
- Support amazing local nonprofits
- Build community with fellow Aztecs
